Workshop Repairs Picking Up
As we slowly wind down the year our workshop is seeing an increase in tools and equipment in for repair. People just love to get stuff fixed in the lead up to Christmas and at McKenzie Products & Services we service and repair all makes of air tools, hydraulic tools, electric and cordless equipment, compressors, torque tools, air operated pumps, pressure washers and lubrication equipment in our well stocked and equipped workshop.
We aim for a fast turn around on repairs. Industry specific trained technicians professionally service your equipment and report the cause of failure, offering recommendation toward preventing future tool failure and downtime. A quote and report is provided for your evaluation and action. Equipment being serviced and maintained undergoes rigorous in-house testing to ensure it conforms and performs within the Manufacturers specifications. Equipment which has a specific load, pressure, flow or torque characteristic is issued with a Conformance Certificate to show it has attained the manufacturers performance criteria. The Conformance Certificate is issued with the tool and a copy is kept with our own records. Part of our quality control includes torque test and calibration certificates, complete quotes and reports and all tools are issued with a ‘Serviced and Ready To Use’ tag.
If you have noisy or wiggly or wobbly or crooked bits on your important tooling and equipment, or it’s just not doing what it’s meant to do then bring it on down to our Workshop or give one of our friendly guys a ring in the Office on 08 9493 6699. You will know your tooling is in safe hands at McKenzie Products and Services.

Kiwi Joins The Team
Help us welcome our newest member of the team – Larna!
Larna has recently moved to Perth from sunny Queensland and has joined McKenzie Products and Services in the Accounts and Administration Department. Not only will Larna be handling paperwork and phone calls but she will also be helping out our delivery team on the road – bringing your equipment and products to you with a smile and a wave.
Larna is originally from New Zealand (which we don’t hold against her) and although she has been living in Australia for over ten years she still has her kiwi accent which can be heard especially prominently when saying words like ‘’six’’, “fish and chips” and “piss off”.
Feel free to introduce yourself when you are next in our office and showroom and make her feel at home!
